How Can constipation along With Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

My question would be this: There is a vibration in my friends lower abdominum. she has been constipated in the past two weeks which is not normal. she does have some stress in her life, and she is going thru some life changing situations. she has recently gotten clean off of heroin, crack cocaine, and alcohol and is working very hard to change her life. she has been tapering down to get off methoadose aswell. she is currently at 3.8mg. she recently went in for vaginal swab as she has been peeing when laughing or coughing. this test came back inconclusive. These are the things that may have something to do with it. The vibration actually happens on a daily basis and it feels like she has a vibrating mechanism of some sort in her lower abdomen. I have read online different reasons why this may be happening, but was hoping to narrow it down after explaining what is happening with her specifically.
